4 1/2 months into my New Life. Before and After picture. So far I have lost 2st 3lb and my plan is to lose another 11lb to lose the last bit of the dad bod. average 1300 cals a day plus 45 mins cardio and weights in the gym Monday - Friday and then just enjoy the weekends as normal. Struggling now to lose the last bit and I think I am starting to see some abs showing (Maybe or am I just hoping) Glad I found this website which has helped me stay on course and realize that its ok to miss the gym or over eat here and there, just get back to plan as soon as possible. Its not a race but a life style change.

1300 is very low for dude mate but still props, but I would up it a tad minimum should be 1800-2000
