I’m strong!!! I can!!!! It’s just 10 more kilograms and I will be happy!!!!! I just need to start it again. Working making it harder. You don’t have time to eat properly in the morning and at the lunch time, and when you coming home you starting to eat everything what you can find in refrigerator. I know that’s bad and I need to stop it! I need to put again this goal in my head !!!!!!!!!!
69 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Almonds, 10-15 almonds will satisfy you when you are too busy to eat

Almonds are awesome!! My favorite is wasabi and soy sauce 😋😋😋☺️☺️ it says you can have 28 as a serving for 170 calories. I find when I eat them for a healthy snack, I only eat maybe half of that and it definitely keeps you satisfied.

Look at doing some planning ahead. Putting together some foods that you can have for breakfast quickly. I like boiled eggs and or snack crackers . Do the same for lunch. Don't get discouraged!! Good luck!

Almonds are great. And the planning ahead. I do much better when I plan ahead. You can do this
