I only want to lose a little bit more so I'm not really worried. I became vegan and just want to make sure I'm eating enough but not too much if you know what I mean 😊

I wasn't very overweight to start with but I had started to feel a bit fed up with the extra weight on my tummy. Also my vegetarian diet was getting a but boring and I was eating the same things all the time. You will get there. One day at a time😊 also I'm eating 1200 calories on a vegan diet now so i hope the reduction in calories helps me 😊

total daliy energy expenditure, there are calcs online that work out what calories you need to stay the same weight you are and what you need to be to lose weight, also shows macros on there too

Ahh. I think mine said 1400 but after a week I hadn't lost anything so I reduced it to 1200. The times I've lost weight though are when I have only eaten 1000 calories. Not very active in the summer holidays so maybe that's why!

forget the scales and calorie counting so much. Make food you enjoy eating, just eat less. Calorie counting is variable and depends on the person, so there is no, one fits all scenario. I use calories counting only in as much as I like to keep track that I don't stray too far over my own limits.
