Morning people! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. We went to an Italian place near our house on Friday night. It's sooo good and not a chain and they are on Restaurant.com so we got a $25 coupon for $2. I splurged and used virtually all of my weekly points. For an app we had cheesy gnocchi w/ fresh crab meat mixed in, then for our entree we each had the lobster ravioli. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
Saturday I was just catching up on a lot of chores and threw some exercise in there too. Salem went to his best friend's house to hang out. Let's get some opinions on this. He was at his friend's house til around midnight, then at around that time (when Salem was about to leave) a girl that his friend works with rolled in to "hang out"?! Meanwhile his friend's WIFE was out of town. Is it just me or is that completely inappropriate?
Yesterday we went to Salems' parents for dinner and played w/ his niece and nephew. Betty and I talked coupons, of course! I did a Giant Food Store run when we got home and got 32 items for $6 total. I was pretty stoked to say the least. I'm still working on figuring out the blog thing, I will let you guys know when there's anything worth looking at.
THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Three more weeks of vacation from school
2) How good it feels to donate some of the stuff I get for free
3) Beautiful weather

Wow I have to get on that coupon band wagon. You are doing great with it and I need to start shopping more wisely myself. I agree with you that does sound a bit shady. Unfotunately or fortunately we don't know what is really going on in peoples lives. We only know what they are willing to share. If I was his wife that wouldn't make me too happy. lol

I would say that is completely inappropriate. There may be nothing going on but really ... who shows up to hang out at midnight? And while I do think it is possible for opposite gender folks to be friends without anything inappropriate going on it is still important to maintain appropriate boundaries or fences around those relationships. Sounds suspicious to me. I wonder what his wife thinks? Your coupon ability continues to amaze me. Gosh I wish I could do what you are doing. I finally did print some coupons and I've used a few but have not found any of the fantastic deals you come up with!! You are my heroine!!! Have a great day Christina!!

Yeah, thats totally sketchy... sounds like a booty call if you ask me! Anyway, great get on all that Kelloggs stuff - I'm so jealous! But its really great that you donate a bunch of it, good for you. Have a good one buddy!!

Great discount on the dinner. I'm assuming restaurant.com is a good place for them (the discounts). LOL about Salem's friend, that sounds like it could get complicated. Have a great day today Chris!

Restuarant.com is AMAZING!! I try to get there at least monthly..and I use them for my weekly date with my 14 year old daughter. glad you had a great weekend!!!
