Only 150 cals!!!! Super filling! Would beef it up with more veggies next time though, but sooo so good. Didn’t add all the spices into the app though (too much admin lol), that would’ve probs pushed it up by an extra 30cals.

- prawns
- red bell pepper sliced thin
- yellow bell pepper sliced thin
- green bell pepper sliced thin
- red onion sliced thin
- 1.5 tbsp of olive oil
- tsp is salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsps chili powder (would suggest 1 or even a half if you don’t like hot food lol)
- .5 tsp garlic powder
- .5 tsp onion powder
- .5 tsp ground cumin
- .5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 squeezed lime
- pack of baby marrow noodles
- broccoli
Mix prawns, peppers and all the spices together and into the oven for 8 minutes. Then toss the marrow noodles into a pan and toss the prawn and peppers into pan and mix together for like 2 minutes.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
