A big gain, this is what happens when I don’t watch my portions and don’t count my calories correctly. So much hard work and only to take steps backwards. Discouraged but not defeated.
117.8 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
