弱弱的问一下小伙伴们,你们生酮的时候每天脂肪是要吃够多少g的啊?30g够吗?还是要吃够50g以上的才行?刚算了一下常吃的肉类,基本上都是蛋白质比脂肪高的多,多吃点蛋白质就上去了
