I just got a new Smart Phone. I downloaded fatsecret and now can add food or exercise right away instead of waiting to get to my laptop. It has really made a difference. I realized I was snacking and not always added the "snacks" or too busy to update my daily food diary. My weight is dropping quickly not because I am not eating, but because I am eating healthy and think twice about those small candy bars and other "fattening" snacks. Yeah!
