I'm the type of person that finds it very hard to eat healthy and be active. I'm a mother of 3, working 2 jobs, and going to college. I don't want to lose weight as much as lose fat. I don't mind being curvy as long as I'm not so flabby. I just want to have energy to chase after my babies (4 year old, 2 year old, and 4 month old) without telling them I'm too tired! =)

Try to get more fresh fruit and vegetables - they have micro-nutrients that will boost your energy. Also, the healthier you eat, the better example you will set for your children. It is tough when you have so much to do, but you try to avoid the fast food places. You will not only save money, and you and your children will eat healthier. You might not make everything from scratch, but even a baked chicken from the supermarket deli served with some vegetable sticks with ranch dressing dip is better and cheaper than Mcnuggets.

You can cut up carrots and veggies and place them in baggies, then place them in your fridge for quick on the go snacks for you and the kids!
