Had two days of eating out with friends. It was impossible to avoid Carbs. So I just enjoyed myself and ate. Didn’t bother weighing myself last two days. Did a 16 hour dry fast yesterday to reset.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
