Klo aku nasi telor, lebih suka telurnya didadar (walaupun tanpa minyak jg).. klo telur rebus enaknya pake kuah2.. makan pake sayuran jg kak biar lebih menarik warnanya.. tapi begini pun sama2 bergizi jg..

jannahkha karna awalnya aku mau coba diet telur nasi selama 30 hari tapi gak kuad :'(
Karna kebiasaan jajan ,dana khirnya diet santai ajah asal gak lebih kalori ,terus makaann beragam kaya yg km saranin maaci iaaa
