Heading to Notting Hill Carnival in a couple of hours. I will have a drink or two and jerk chicken. I will still watch my calories. Last two days I have been painting and decorating my daughters bedroom, then done the flooring as well ( ouch, my back and knees ) so I think I deserve a little reward. Been waiting for it the whole year. Have a lovely day people.
