Ok. I went to Chicago over the weekend. It was my first weekend off all summer. Consequently I ate like a cow and drank like a fish. I've been avoiding the scale. I promise to weigh in on Monday. I started P90x on 7/29/10. Lawdamercy!! I ususally workout, but this is HARD. My abs are burning. Arms aching. Today I did Pylometrics. I had no idea what that was until today. That shit is of the devil. I acutally quit midway through. After 30mins I was dripping sweat and tired. I sat down for about 5min and decided that I would not be defeated. I got back up and fnished the workout. I FINISHED IT! I'm proud of myself. My friend told me the first 30days would be the hardest and I'm sure of it. But I will get through it. YES I CAN!!!! :D
