Today was a good day! My workplace had a ton of food from an event -even though I was offered, I passed. I had already packed my lunch. I just prefer to eat what I bring from home. Since my supplies were running low, I had to get a few staples from the store - wanting to try something different. This time sweet potatoes - yummy. I found some cool recipes to try. In any event, chose today to be my recovery day (from exercising). I felt myself getting into that mindset of what I used to do..was overexercising/exercising every day which completely threw my body out of wack. I remember the nights my muscles hurt so that I couldn't sleep. Not to mention being over hydrated. NO! Doing things different today!! I always like to end on a quote... "We have to remember to take a step back and look at all the wonderful blessings that surround us! Don't let little imperfections steal your joy and rob the beauty of the moments God has given. ~Victoria and Joel Osteen
