Wasnt able to get on fs yesterday was having teen problems. Really stressed the last couple days but I need to get back to consentrating on me and heading in the right direction, now I didnt put on any weight but I also didn't lose any either. Been taking home made protein shakes to work with me its been working really well fills me up through the day gives me energy and then I come home do my workout and have a well balanced dinner.
