I know this is water weight. I worked out SUPER hard yesterday and I didn't pound the water afte the workout, so I am retaining. :) I didn't eat a lot of calories yesterday too because of stressful events. So, I am going eat more today. I am taking a break from working out the next few days. We will see how that works!
