Man!! How do you beat the temptations?!! It is sooo hard. My boss just informed us we are cooking out for lunch tomorrow. It is so hard to not eat grilled burgers and stuff. I guess I can go home for lunch like I always do. It's just so tempting. The aroma of grilling out definately gets me.

Not only that.. he said his boss is coming in to town on Monday and is taking us all to dinner at Roosters.. My favorite.. wings.. It's going to be hard to just eat a salad when I go out there. Maybe I should just not go.

I don't know what to do.
Don't worry I'm not giving up. I just need to figure out how to jump over these obstacles.

The temptations are sometimes hard, but you can do this, I know it! If you have to sneak a little make sure it is just that, a little. But try very hard to stay faithful in the detox phase. But I know you can do this! Hang in there, it will get easier!

What I do, it may sound a little mean, but in my head I just keep telling myself over and over - "HAH! I'm healthier than you!!! and I will look better than you when it's all said & done!!".

I'd say you should add a little extra excercise, then go out and have a salad with a couple of wings. The whole point of life is to enjoy what you like in moderation. Have fun!
