Hey guys, this time I used spinach, greek yogurt, maca powder, fresh aloe vera, apple, and protein powder, maybe the mix doesn't sound delicious, but the protein, maca, and apple make it sweet, I blend it with 50 ml of almond milk to keep the mix thick. For the toppings, I used fig, apricot, blueberries, and protein trail mix. It keeps me satisfied for more than 4 hours and I try to make my bowls with less than 350 calories 20%F 40%C and 40%P. 💪🙃
