Had a great and busy weekend. I started my part-time caregiver on Saturday and worked a double on Sunday. I enjoy helping others - it keeps me humbled and grateful. It feels like the right thing to do - giving back. I prepared meals for my client and to prevent myself from getting too hungry, I packed snacks and re-arranged my food schedule. Today I got a weigh-in reminder. Will locate a scale. Hope Fatsecret has a wonderful day.
