Not the Best week for my diet I did not eat regular meals and had things I should have not instead of healthy meals. I also looked at my progress this week by jumping on the scales. I found it very strange. Somedays I was down way more then what I am today and somedays I was way above what i am today. I never new my weight fluxuated so much through out the week.
