Okay, so the general concensus is that the weight I'm putting on is muscle. It does make sense...and I don't want to just do cardio because I want to be thin AND toned, so I just keep going the way I am. Plus, I've decided not to worry so much about everything. I'm still going to keep within my calorie guidelines and watch my fat and carb intake, but I'm not going to stress if I eat something "inappropriate" every once in a while. I have enough stress in my life without adding that to it.

There's another option I was thinking about as well, but it could be expensive. Alli (which is the brand name for orlistat) is the only FDA approved diet drug, and it's available over the counter. It prevents fat from being absorbed by your intestines. The side effects, however, are less than desirable. Any time you eat too much fat in something, you risk having frequent bathroom trips and an uncontrollable oily discharge. Well, it's something to keep in the back of my mind if I still feel like I need a little help losing the weight.
