I had my glass of wine last night! But I followed it with 3 - 12 oz glasses of water. I think the wine was overrated. Meh. I did have a movement today.. I am needing to record this to see how frequent I am. I was down .6 today and I ate a bunch of good fats yesterday. Almond Butter is a god. I am nervous for the weekend.. but I think if I eat like this, I can keep it under control. Going to do my 25 min of cardio this evening. Looking forward to it.
