Lunch- had a veggie sandwich on whole wheat and a small orange. Ok,I really need some motivation on working out. I haven't done anything for about a week and I need to get back on track. Tips???

Just think about how important it is for the diet. It says so in the book. I am not one to work out believe me and I've made up my mind to get in the 5 for 30. You can do it! Decide what you wanna do and set up some sort of schedule. That should help. I love power walking , just not alone. Find a buddie. For me it's finding time to get my step aerobics in with the baby. As a matter a fact, I'm gonna go try and squeeze it in right now. P.S. your lunch sounds delicious.

Once you get started on a regular schedule you will enjoy doing it. You will feel bad if you happen to miss once and awhile. You can do it! I have faith. Even if it is only a couple times a week it is better then nothing. It doesn't have to be much, just get started and you will be hooked! Keep up the good work.

I have not walked in a while, I go to PT now instead but walking - once your into it just gives you mental health. Or it did for me. I cant wait for our weather to begin to get better so I can get at it again. Its free-its always available-makes me feel and look better= motivation.
