I'm not losing weight. I've been tracking my food, working out regularly, just finished a 7 day cleanse...and I'm still 244! My fiancee keeps saying it takes time...i get that but i have been doing this for 4 weeks and have consistently remained at 244 period point blank. I'm supposed to be eatting 2300 calories...but this makes me feel like I'm overeating...it doesn't feel good at all. and now to see that it's not working!!! what do I do? help please.
