Happy Day and Good Morning my FS Buddies! I am thinking about hearts, flowers and love today.
People often equate Valentine's Day with hearts, Cupid, flowers and CANDY!
Oh, Oh...CANDY?
NO candy in my house today - THAT tells me how much my DH truly loves me; he wants me to succeed and supports my healthy choices.
And, how much do we love ourselves? Any chocolate in your future that may cause you to lose control?
Love YOURSELF today, stay on track and be proud of your accomplishments!
Still grateful for:
- The people I love who love me back! - The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today

What a wonderful Valentine's greeting! I, too, was greeted by beautiful flowers, a lovely card & handwritten poem. We are blessed, my friend! xoxox

What a great remainder to stay away from the candy and chocolates and to focus on the goal ahead. Happy Valentines Day to you and may you succeed at reaching your smaller size!!!

I gave up wanting chocolate for Valentine's Day a loooooong time ago. My perennial struggles with weight never allowed me to lose the guilt and enjoy simple pleasures like that. But there are so many better ways to celebrate a day of love. My gym even has special Valentine's cards made up for the patrons to take and give to a friend - they say "Will You Train With Me?" and give the recipient a free day at the gym. Now THERE'S how we should celebrate Valentine's Day ;)

Good sweet supportive husband. I bought my bf cookies from the bakery on my way back from the gym. He opted for the instead of breakfast. Scary. I was not tempted.

Mmmm I think I should send my husband your journal. He is king of temptation. It is such an encouragement to read and remember to engage in some self love today.
