I broke down after I weighed myself today. I ate 3 pieces of pizza...blew my diet by over 300 calories and god knows how much fat and carbs. My feeling is, if I'm not seeing any results anyway, I should, at least, be enjoying my food. But, I feel even crappier now, so I don't know what to do at this point.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
