Today wasn't a bad day at all. I wanted to not overly restrict myself but to be patient and enjoy the process. As I researched clean eating sites, I was just amazed of all the things I thought were good and healthy for me but were actually not. I even checked out J-Lo's diet and exercise regimen- she's my shero :). It's time for New Beginnings in my life!!
