Okay yesterday I went all day long without one bite to eat. (Too busy working). So when I got home I had about a 12 oz portion of leftover grilled fillet mignon with melted blue cheese ((delicious) which was well below my calorie in intake for the day. However first the blue cheese is a taboo food for me and second I had dinner at 11:30 last night then went to bed. I lost a fraction of a pound if I changed those two little things I know I would have lost more than that. So I’m just a little bummed about that. Next time I’ll do better😬
