weight has been jumping around - one day i will be 289 then the next morning be 295 and then 292. This has been the typical results for the last 3 weeks. I kinda miss the time i was one weight everytime i weighed myself lol. Hopefully a stricter following of my way of eating will level this out.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
