Maintained completely. I added almonds yesterday. Was a heavy dairy morning, but not so much the rest of the day. Had a lot of protein. Muscles are still sore from lifting, so I know I am retaining water. I am not upset with this weight and I love working out. Tonight I am going to have some wine at Bingo with the ladies. Chicken is on my menu for lunch. Protein shake for lunch.. and chicken for dinner. I am trying nuts again today to ensure that they are okay with me. :)

Haven't had a BM in 4 days. I am sure that it is not helping with any water retention or loss.
