Well. I seem to be getting into the grove. I have been steadily loosing weight this past week. Mostly by limiting the types of food I eat but also by trying not to eat too late in the evenings. Because of this I find that I’m not eating all the calories that I’m allowed. So...I was told, much to my dismay, that that could backfire after I loose my weight. When I start to increase my calories while still staying away from the taboo foods I may start to gain weight because of the increase in calories. This is not what I wanted to hear. This week I will try to eat all of my 1800 calories for the day before it gets too late.
