I was officially promoted at work and the announcement went out yesterday. Theres been some drama around it so Im glad that part is over and now I can actually just do my job.
I mostly stayed on track yesterday. I had to help at a job fair for my p/t job last night so I didnt get to the gym. I went about 100 cals over my RDI. My protein and carbs were totally on track, and my fat was a bit over my goal. It was a pretty good day. Ive been so hungry when I get home so Im going to try to start getting more veggies through the day. It would help if I could make it to the dang store. This week has been so busy and I wont make it tonight either.
After work Im hitting the gym, and then Ive got a Volleyball game. Im a Unified Partner with Special Olympics and our first game is tonight. The athletes are great so it should be fun.
