A scheduled 'fast' day today - 500 calories. I have a 390 cal breakfast packed and ready to take to school; I'm intending to eat it at about 10 o'clock instead of my usual 7 a.m.
That leaves 110 calories in hand for later; we'll see how it goes.
Back to school today so plenty to keep me busy and my mind off food!
