Okay... this past week has been much better. I am extremely committed to not breaking my meal plan rules. I am also staying well below the FatSecret recommended calorie intake. I have lost some weight however I think I could do better if I am able to eat everything earlier. I sometimes finish my dinner as late as 10:30pm or even once around 1:00 in the morning. I know on the days that I’m able to eat early I loose weight. It is hard to finish working sometimes at a reasonable time. Another problem is if I eat too early I get hungry before bed. Timing is everything. 😜
