First morning weight of the day today is 234.0 lbs even after going pee and before drinking any water. If I weigh myself during the day it’s less accurate and goes up from drinking water. Long way to go but I’m slowly getting there and I’m determined on this journey! Last week my weight was at 239 lbs so I’m really proud of myself.
