I must be at a plateau or something, which seems odd being as how I got down to 136 or so in March of this year. I've been doing great with my eating. Totally healthy! I need to step up the exercising. Story of my life.

My best friend posted pics on FB of us when she and her bf visited us in the spring. I looked good I think... I was about 8 lbs less than I am now. I need to get back down there and stay there!

Today I have the usual fruits... banana, clementine, WW yogurt, strawberries for lunch.

I am still w/o a phone... my brother didn't have my newest address so he is just sending it out today. I really hope I get it back by tomorrow!

Anyone who needs school backpacks... get over to Staples or Office Max ASAP... both have rebates to get backpacks for FREE! And good brands, like Jansport. :)

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Got my dogs Innova dog food for free last night! (It's a great brand)
2) How patient Salem was as I dragged him to 2 Rite Aids trying to find free Nivea body wash!
3) Finding out there's a park near us that offers free concerts virtually every night of the summer!

I hope you get your phone back soon Chris. Stepping up the exercise always seems so tough. Why don't you step it up a little at a time say 10 minutes more a day and see what happens.

So how does this free stuff work?... the plateau.. I seem to have been on one for over a year.. I hope you are able to kick start the metabolism again and get back down... have a great day....

Oh, fun on the free concerts! We have a few places around here that do that, last week we say The Nerds - gotta find out whos playing this week. Anyway, have a good one, and if you feel like your exercise is lacking, do something about it lady!!! ( ; You can do it, you just have to put the effort in.

LOL about the plateau twoslow. Chris: I agree that exercise will help, but make sure you are not deceiving yourself about how many calories you are having each day. I find that cutting way back on calories almost always helps me break through any plateau. Sometimes it's best to start it off with a free day though. Have a great day!
