일주일 쉬고 다시 수영시작ᆢ
생각보다 덜 힘들고 시원해서 좋다
허리도 좋아졌고, 두통도 호전됐다.
발뼈 골절 후 생긴 습진은 좋아지질 않는다
염증 수치는 내려갔는데 ㅠㅠ
살 빼고 운동 하라는 처방에 충실 하는 중ᆢ
