Followed 100% until our evening snack! Feel very strong and have very good balance because of the weightlifting I am doing for upper and lower body.
59.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 4.8 kg a Week
