Pigged out last night, but still managed to weigh in more than a kg less than last week. Didn't quite lose 14lbs in a month but close to it. Haven't been able to exercise though injury so moving the inches from my waistline is a bit problematic. Will continue to record my eating habits, and hopefully lose another 0.5kg. Measurements: chest - 43" waist - 40"
