午餐:上课前吃了1个煮玉米,75g的肉松小贝,中午只上一节操课练的体能,20分钟椭圆仪,没打拳击,今天实在是困的不行了。上完课喝了250ml脱脂牛奶+34g蛋白粉,吃了6个虾仁,118g蒸南瓜,95g香菇,30g西兰花。海带没吃倒了
