My Grandmother died last Thursday and that was the start of this weeks diet. I also had a Birthday party to go to on the weekend. I did not stik to my diet very well at all. I ate a lot of sweats and cake, but did not eat proper supers or breakfasts. I plan on loosing my weight and get into a smaller size pants, so I need to concentrate on my diet this week.
I learned when I do not want to talk about things or am nnot feeling that good I eat instead of talking. I relize this behavour needs to change.
