Don’t know what to call this smoothie but it’s not bad. Power greens smoothie.Had a friend stay with us this weekend so we were kinda hanging on halfway to the wagon. Gotta clean house for a few days 😂

@kissangelgirl 4 stalks celery ( I cut both ends off) Juice from 1/2 lime 1c chopped kale 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk 1 peeled cucumber 1/2 green apple 1 tbs coconut oil !!Throw some ice cubes in the blender to chill it. It’s definitely something I’m doing next time.!! Makes about a cup and a half. It’s a nice smoothie to use to hit your calorie intake. Not enough for a meal.
