Really enjoyed my cleanse for 2 days. I loved the feeling and energy boost and sense of control. Im going to do intermittant fasting . For me its not a complete fast just eat healthy regular one day then green drinks the next with veggie soup. Real intermittant fasting is no food which would be not great for me right now. Im wanting to just lose enough to fit into my old clothes cuz in the last year ive been just wearing yoga pants. all of my 20's /30's i was fit/thin weight range 103(too little)- 118. Im cool with 115 if im fit . I do believe as a woman gets older she doesn't have to get bigger. You may need to just eat less as the body changes. However you want a little fat for your face not to look haggard. But more imortantly an inside beauty that radiates out. Healthy morals,good friends and lots of Love
