July 14 - 194lb...July 25 193lb...but my pants are sagging off my hips and are really loose in the hips...I have to go out today and buy a belt. How do you figure that?

Muscle. Are you doing any weight training? When I went into Marine Corps bootcamp, I weight 195. When I left bootcamp, I weighed 195. But my pant size had changed from 38 to 32. I was in the best shape of my life, but I hadn't lost or gained a pound.

I had a peek at your diet calendar, and I really do think you need to be eating more. Eating too little can stall weight loss. Check out my diet calendar if you wanna see what I eat in a day - and still lose!
