Add cashews if you have the macros for it. 1 Clove garlic/ 1 Shallot/ 1 cup cilantro/ 1/4 cup fresh mint/ 106g chicken/ lettuce/ .5 thai red chili/ juice from 3 limes/ 1 tbs sesame oil/ 2 tbs fish sauce/ yellow pepper for color. 1/4 tsp stevia.

@keyten77 thank you ! We often forget just how wonderful these herbs can taste. For the last while I've been buying sub-par dressings full of filler and a bunch of ingredients I can barely pronounce. Keeping it simple can be so delicious !
