Quite a heavy hitting fat day today.
Should have you eaten earlier. I got pretty busy with work and then I had an appointment. before I knew it it was 1 p.m. before I really need meal. right now I'm just trying to keep on track of doing things in a regular schedule. So tomorrow I will make sure to get that back on track.

Despite having quite a bit of fat today I didn't go over my calorie limit. right now my goal is to eat more. It sounds counterintuitive to being on this app. But sometimes I can go days where I only eat one meal. I think over time my metabolism has gone a little stagnant because it never knows when it's getting food. funny enough I don't feel overly hungry either when I haven't eaten like that.

So getting it on track and firing up that metabolism .

Your body fights against you when you don't nourish it. Fights to hold on to what you have.

It is true, our body fights back when we don’t give it food. But I feel there are 2 options you can work on. First, you can go on with Intermittent Fasting, where you only eat after a certain amount of time of fasting like 18:6, you fast for 18h then you eat, healthy food for 6 hours (without over doing it) this way your body burns fat during the time you are fasting to get energy ; or, you can eat a small meal (max 300 calories) every 3 to 4 hours, this way your body gets revved up every time you eat. I think you were doing the first and now trying to go for the second. I just want to tell you that both work but you need to be aware of what you are doing so you can be in control of your intake.... Good luck and keep us posted!

I've been on both IF and Keto before. I can fast 24 hours without giving it a second thought. I'm moving out of sticking to a strict concept. I guess. Essentially rocking back into keto but I'm not calling it that. It's funny how keto seems to be everywhere now. I was on it like 8 years ago and most people thought I was insane. The problem I see with people is the lack of understanding of good fat vs fat. Yes you'll lose on both but to me there's still a difference there. I'm not the kind of person who can IF while being on carbs ..maybe some of you can .
