Day 21 of 2nd 6 weeks--half way to 6 wk goal and more than half way to weight goal--yea! Watching my husband eat his yummy hamburger with soft bun and fries while I had my chicken ceasar (an not too great at that), I made my 'maintainance plan. I will revisit it when I get there but I would like to have ONE meal/week 'off plan'. In this case, I would have had the hamburger! We'll see but it IS fun to think about.

141.4, bf 37.7%, tbw 42.9, visc f 8/0, musc mass 83.6/2, bone mass 4.4, 2004/50. 2 hr bike ride.

Breakfast Atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch chicken salad, diet coke, dinner steak salad, water.
64.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I know it was hard watching him eat that burger! I had to pick up fast food for my daughter and drive home with it in the car. That smell just wrapped around my head like you wouldn't believe! Stay Strong!
