It seems like when I try to eat healthily/only when I am hungry/to try and get healthy foods in/stopping when I am full I don't eat enough calories :( but then when I allow myself to eat when I am not hungry I fear I might slip into a binge or at least a mini pig out!! I am going to try to eat more fruit, I noticed a pretty significant lack in the past two days, and I have empire apples and homegrown peaches waiting to be eaten and two of those a day will surely bring my calories up to a more healthy level and probably won't spawn a binge. I wish I could take a multivitamin but they always make me so sick to the point of vomiting even when I take them with food! It is not cool. In other news I would do unholy things for eggplant parmesean right now.
