So completed my 3rd bootcamp wasn't a great one as I couldn't really go to alot of the classes - especially this week on went to one!!! And my meal planning was non-existent I know I could've eaten muuuch better.
Although I've put on weight, I've lost 4 inches around the body - so still a win! I'm guessing it could be a mixture of muscle and water weight and just putting on a bit. Still feeling good and this has motivated me to watch what I eat over the summer!
