Oh ya jumping for joy, I made my goal for this month with time to spare, monthly measurements =
Neck = 12 1/2 -1/2 inch
Bicep = 11 1/2 -1/2 inch
Forearm = 10 - 1inch
Bust = 32 1/2 -5 1/2 inches
Waist = 34 1/2 -3 1/2 inches
Hips = 41 -3 inches
Thighs = 23 -1 inch
Calf = 15 3/4 -1 1/4 inches
Wrist =6 -1 inch
Ankle =9 same -0inches TOTAL INCHES LOST =17.1/4 inches
72.6 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
